A Full Service Practice

At Pirro & Church, LLC, we pride ourselves on representing a diverse client population in a variety of Social Security Disability matters. From initial applications, to administrative appeals, to high level appeals to the U.S. District Court, Pirro & Church will be there for you when you need a Social Security Disability law firm in your corner.

Quality Over Quantity

For over 40 years, Social Security claimants across Connecticut and all of New England have trusted Pirro & Church as the experts in Social Security Disability. We practice disability law. That is all we do. Your Social Security Disability case will not secondary or tertiary to another practice area.

Because Social Security Disability is all we do, we know all of the important players. From local office staff, to Social Security’s consultative doctors, to the judge deciding your case. We can prepare you for any situation because we have dealt with every situation.  We can help you with any of the following types of Social Security claims:

  • Social Security Disability (SSDI / DIB)
  • Supplemental Security Income
  • Children’s Disability Benefits
  • Disabled Widow/Widower Benefits
  • Social Security Overpayment

Whether you need to file an application for Social Security Disability (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Disabled Child, or Disabled Widow/Widower Benefits, Pirro & Church can help.

If you have been denied at an initial application, on reconsideration, or even after a hearing, filing an appeal on time is the most important next step. Pirro & Church can help you pursue an appeal, and fight your claim at the next level.

Hearings are the most important part of the Social Security Disability Process. Let the experts at Pirro & Church prepare your file, gather your medical evidence, get opinion statements from your physicians, and help you to prepare your testimony. You will not be alone with an attorney from Pirro & Church by your side.

United States District Court

If you have been denied by an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at a hearing, and then denied again by the Appeals Council, the next step is to file an Appeal called a Complaint with the United States District Court.
